FOUNDER/CEO
Ricky McNeal is the founder and CEO of Generation 25, a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and mentoring the next generation. A native of Jonesboro, LA, Ricky now resides in Beaumont, TX. He has built a successful career over the past 11 years as an Associate Director for AT&T Retail, where he has honed his expertise in leadership and people development. Ricky's true passion lies in empowering others, fostering growth, and creating meaningful change. Through Generation 25, he is committed to strengthening communities and serving as a voice and advocate for future generations.
